Life's little upsets

Make plans and life interrupts with surprises. Last week my mom took a dive and broke her hip. I have been with her since then and not painting. Now that she is in her recouperating institution, I should be able to get back to the studio today. I do have a painting in progress and will take photos today so I can show what I have been doing.
